Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification and Texas state licensure (or eligibility) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (new graduates considered with strong training support) HealthPro Heritage is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
