Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Mt. Laurel NJ and surrounding SJ Region Up to $75.00/billable hour Part-time evening schedule

  • Looking for a flexible BCBA role that still gives you meaningful clinical work and a strong team around you?
  • This evening position is designed for clinicians who want impact, without committing to a full-time schedule.
  • You’ll support clients in clinic and/or home-based settings, completing assessments, building behavior plans, and working closely with families and your clinical team.
  • You’ll also provide guidance to ABA staff and help ensure interventions are practical, consistent, and grounded in evidence-based care.
  • We’re looking for someone with an active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license, along with experience supporting children on the autism spectrum.
  • You should be comfortable working independently, communicating with families, and leading clinical direction when needed.
  • Familiarity with tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS is a plus.
  • Compensation for this role is up to $75.00 per billable hour, with final rates based on experience, clinical skillset, and productivity.
