Job description
- Description Supervise school-aged children during after school hours and evenings.
- Assist with homework and skill development.

- Responsible for completing tasks and projects that support and maintain an environment that instills the advancement of those we serve towards dependency on Jesus Christ and financial self-sufficiency; the fulfillment of ministry mission & eight key values; and the efficient & accountable stewardship of ministry resources.
This is a part-time role at our DRR Ranch location in 19292 El Toro Rd, Silverado, CA 92676.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 12 PM - 5 PM.
Requirements
Job Requirements Education: Certificate from college or technical school and/or training, RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) certification.
Experience
- 2-3 yrs of job related work experience.

- Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups.

As directed by Manager, participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings. Transport PCE/K-12 children and/or staff as needed in OCRM/DRR passenger vans.

- Collaboration: Maintain open communication with Parents and Student-Teachers regarding children's progress and behavior. Collaborate with other PCE staff members and volunteers to ensure consistency in program implementation.

- Management: Implement appropriate behavior management techniques to ensure a positive and respectful environment. Maintain accurate and detailed records of behavioral assessments, interventions, and progress on behavior goals set by PCE Manager, PCE Behavior Support Specialist, and parents. Address behavioral issues calmly and effectively, following established protocols and policies.
