JARC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through education, training, and support services. We are seeking a Full-Time Vocational Instructor to join our team and help our clients build meaningful skills.

What You'll Do
- Teach practical job skills in areas like computer lab, cooking, mailroom, and environmental services.
- Help clients develop appropriate workplace habits and behaviors.
- Participate in all required staff meetings, training and development.
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work closely with staff, clients, and families to support individual goals.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in education, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent related experience).
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Director, public groups, and families.
- Good people skills - you're patient, clear, and encouraging
- Ability to complete background screening and drug testing requirements.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to drive a van.
