• Mary’s Inpatient Rehabilitation offers transitional inpatient therapy and education for those with physical disabilities resulting from injury or illness.
• Our CARF-accredited center helps patients maximize function and independence while preparing them for their return home.
• The Inpatient Rehabilitation is a team of healthcare professionals working together to serve people with functional disabilities, their families, and the community, along with St Mary’s Health Care System.
• We are helping our patients reach their full potential for independent living through education, therapeutic activities, and quality medical care.

How you’ll contribute

A Speech Language Pathologist who excels in this role

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

• Strong communication skills and clinical judgement required.

• What we’re looking for
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.
• Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
• CPR certification required.
