- Demonstrates a commitment to the mission and philosophy of the College of St. Scholastica and School of Health Professions
- Follows SHP Student Code of Conduct
- Maintains confidentiality according to SHP Skills and Simulation Lab policies
- Set up skills and simulation stations which includes transporting supplies and equipment
- Breaks down skills and simulation stations including cleaning, repacking, and determining future supply needs
- Serves as simulator operator (with training provided)
- Assists in recording simulated sessions and transferring to archival format
- Maintains linen/supply/equipment inventories
- Supports various activities/programs by assisting with preparation as needed
- Copies and organizes documents for skills and simulation activities
- Develops their own knowledge about simulation and skills set-up
- Required Qualifications
- Must be a current or incoming CSS student
- Federal work study eligibility is required
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable, self-directed, punctual, and outcome-oriented
- Reliable attendance is a condition of continued employment
- Ability to follow directions and answer questions
- Ability to be flexible in various work environments
- Computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Healthcare experience helpful but not required
- Name of faculty for reference
