Job description

Full-time Day Shift: 80 hours bi-weekly

Monday - Thursday - 7: 30am-4:30pm

Friday 8am - 2: 30pm

Evening classes, daily schedule is 12-8: 30

Occasional evening or weekends to support community events

Employee would be remote capable but primarily on-site

Position will also have an expectation of supporting our sister site of Ephrata Diabetes Education department for providing cross-coverage and broad service coverage

Occasional travel is expected when needed to sister site or to a community benefit fair

CDCES or certified education preferred but not required, but expected to achieve within 3 years

General Summary
