The ABA Student Analyst serves as the a position of growth between direct support of clients to the role of the supervisor. The Student Analyst works under the direction of the Clinical Staff and in collaboration with the direct care staff and their families to help deliver the most effective treatment available. This position is created for students more than 50% of their way through their Master's Level BCBA Program. This position will require evening and possible weekend availability.
Student Analysts will be participating in the following under the direct supervision of our BCBA Team: Conduct home/site visits based on the child's individual needs and treatment plan Supervising home-based children and staff Collect various forms of behavioral data Train staff on techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis or other therapeutic interventions Provide child- specific training to direct care staff in the homes and community Maintain ongoing communication with child's family, school, and other providers Creating and running company-wide trainings Working 1:1 with individual clients or in groups Assist in training new direct care workers, other staff, and families Conduct various Behavior Analytic assessments Treatment and behavior intervention plan development, revisions, and updates Provide graphical representations of collected data Maintain current and ongoing documentation Provide direct instruction to children and their families Fill in for direct care staff in centers and in homes Group and Individual BCBA Student Supervisions #fbs1
Requirements
3-5 years experience working with children with developmental disabilities and their families in the home setting Current enrollment in BACB approved Master's Level or course sequence Reliable Transportation Registered Behavior Technician or within 90 days Passing a Competency Assessment within 90 days of hire
