Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex (TA/BT Flex) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. About the Role

• As a TA/BT Flex at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
• Providing individualized therapy
• Collecting data on programming
• Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

• $19-20/hour

• Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent college credit (60 credits) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Completion of 40-hour training of ASD and behavioral related subjects/evidence-based techniques (must be completed prior to first day)
• Experience working with children or clients with special needs required
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Active BACB certification preferred
