Overview

Make a meaningful impact every day by supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop in a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Community First Solutions is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team at the Colonial School in Hamilton, Ohio. In this role, you’ll help create a positive, engaging, and enriching atmosphere where children can develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually through play and guided learning. This position is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, team-oriented, and passionate about early childhood education.

Compensation

  • $14 per hour
  • Schedule: Part Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:30

Requirements

Prior experience working with children or in an educational or childcare setting preferred High school diploma plus 45 in-service hours in Early Childhood Development over a three-year period Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred Caring, patient, and nurturing with a genuine love for working with children Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers and families Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a classroom environment Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing training Completion of 10 hours of approved Step Up To Quality training annually Ability to follow ODJFS licensing rules and school guidelines Child Development (CD) classes must be renewed every 3 years If you enjoy supporting young children, working as part of a collaborative team, and making a positive difference in early learners’ lives every day, apply today and join the Community First Solutions team!
