Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities

Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Texas Occupational Therapy License (or able to option before anticipated start date) 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals to enhance functional abilities. Administer occupational therapy services to improve skills like range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living. Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus.
