Full-Time Nanny | Infant Care (Long-Term Position) Location

  • Pay: $17.50/hr (with eligiblity for raises in the future) A warm and welcoming family is seeking a nurturing, experienced, and engaging nanny to provide thoughtful care for their infant son. The family recently relocated to San Antonio and is looking for someone who can become a long-term, trusted part of their daily routine and support their child through important developmental milestones. This role focuses on providing attentive infant care for a 6-month-old while creating a structured, supportive, and enriching environment. The family values creativity, patience, and developmental engagement, and is hoping to find a nanny who enjoys interacting with infants through age-appropriate play and learning opportunities. A bilingual Spanish-speaking nanny is strongly preferred, as the family hopes to introduce both Spanish and English early in the child’s development. The home includes a friendly large dog, so comfort around dogs is important. Mom works from home, and the family values open communication, teamwork, and a calm, positive presence in the home.

Responsibilities

This role includes: Feeding/bottle preparation Diapering Supporting nap schedules Infant meal preparation and clean-up Children’s laundry Supporting developmental transitions and routines Encouraging language development and interactive play Engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities The nanny will assist with introducing and preparing solids and purees, encouraging developmental milestones, and creating engaging, screen-free activities that support learning and exploration.
