- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for toddlers
- Implement our fun, hands-on curriculum and daily activities
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance
- Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to create an exceptional school culture

Qualifications
- Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications
- Experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
