Boothby Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Royalton, Vermont. This is a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year supporting students in a public school / special education setting.
JOB DETAILS – OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT) • Location

- Key responsibilities – occupational therapist (Ot)
- Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students
- Conduct OT evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals
- Deliver direct therapy (individual and small group sessions)
- Support students with:
- Fine motor skills and handwriting
- Sensory processing and sensory integration
- Executive functioning and organization
- Activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, PTs, and SLPs
- Recommend accommodations, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Qualifications

- Active Vermont Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or OTD)
- Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or special education
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
