- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field State Preschool through Third Grade or Nursery through Eighth Grade Standard Teaching Certification or Certificate of Eligibility/Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing 1 year of experience in a Pre-K setting or equivalent experience working with children and working with a team Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills A collaborative mindset with a commitment to the mission of supporting children, families and communities
