  • Range: $20.00 - $21.00 HourlyPOSITION SUMMARY The position supports adults with intellectual disabilities in building and maintaining successful employment in community-based work settings. This position provides individualized coaching, on-the-job training, workplace support, and follow-up services to help participants meet employer expectations and grow their independence at work. They also serves as a key contact between the participant, employer, supervisor, coworkers, and support team to encourage clear communication, positive relationships, and long-term job success. RESPONSIBILITIES Build strong familiarity with each consumer by reviewing case files and conducting regular, scheduled worksite visits and supervision. Assist in developing and implementing vocational training plans to support workplace adjustment and skill retention. Deliver ongoing vocational coaching to help consumers meet job expectations and maintain positive communication with supervisors and coworkers. Provide flexible support based on consumer needs, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned. One year of experience supporting adults with disabilities in a vocational, employment, or community-based setting preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification required. Valid California driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust to changing schedules and priorities. Ability to maintain professional relationships with participants, employers, coworkers, supervisors, and support team members. Able to complete duties efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation. Ability to follow written, verbal, and schedule-based instructions.
