Summer Camp Program Specialists - Northside YMCA

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking energetic and responsible individuals to work as Program Specialists for our Northside YMCA summer day camp programs. As a YMCA Employee you also get a Free Gym Membership.

Duties: of a Program Specialists

Summer Camp Program Specialists have the opportunity to positively impact hundreds of youth in our community. We are looking for dependable role models who love to have outdoor fun! As a camp Program Specialist, you will be responsible for the well-being of your campers and providing a safe, engaging environment for them.

Qualifications

• of a Program Specialists
• Successful candidates must be 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED.
• Counselors must have at least six months of youth development experience.
• College level courses and CPR/AED/First Aid are highly desirable but not needed.

Pay

$15.00 to $16.00 PER HOUR.
