As a family of clinics, our Today’s ABA programs SERVE Together alongside speech, occupational, physical, and mental health therapists to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.KidSpeak is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our North Charlotte clinic. We are expanding into a brand new 10,000 square feet, beautiful multidisciplinary clinic.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working in-person in the clinic to maintain strong connection with your interdisciplinary team and clients while offering a work from home day each week. In this position, you will provide high-quality ABA services through a combination of in-person care and virtual support on the work from home day tailored to each child’s unique needs.
What You’ll Do Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians Complete in-person client supervision and in person and virtual parent sessions Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress across environments Partner closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create integrated treatment approaches Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and payer requirements
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active North Carolina state licensure Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for working with children and families in a multidisciplinary environment Why Join KidSpeak?
