Job description

The T.E.A. Center is seeking an Assistant Teacher (Part-time/ Full-time) to join our supportive, family-owned childcare community.

About the Role

As a Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside an experienced Lead Teacher to help create a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom environment. You’ll support daily routines, learning activities, and hands-on experiences that help children grow, explore, and thrive.

Position Details

  • $13–$17 per hour
  • Minimum 2 days/week required
  • 5-day availability preferred
  • Consistent availability between 7:00 AM–6:30 PM
  • Minimum 1-year commitment preferred
