Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Katy / Fulshear, TX Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary + incentive bonuses (based on experience)

About the Position

A small, locally-owned pediatric therapy clinic in the Katy/Fulshear area is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing interdisciplinary team. Our clinic provides ABA therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services to children ages 18 months to 6 years old on the autism spectrum. We pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative, supportive, and clinically-focused environment where quality care comes first. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, and other evaluation tools Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Monitor client progress and modify programming as needed Provide weekly parent training and caregiver support Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA interns Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly trainings Manage insurance communications and pre-authorizations Maintain approximately 25 billable hours per week Oversee a caseload of approximately 8–12 comprehensive clients Collaborate closely with on-site Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists
