Therapist Job

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center is looking for Mental Health Therapist to use their behavioral health experience to make a positive difference in the lives of adolescents who need help to live their best lives.

Salary

  • $62,000- $67,000 per year
  • Shift/Hours: M-F, 8 hour, On Call

  • Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to pass a thorough background check, and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Education

  • Responsibilities: Prepare treatment plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary teams Maintain a caseload; ensure established services are provided to each patient/resident Prepare individual service plans (ISP); ensure interventions are held at the frequency documented on the ISP Attend treatment team meetings; lead the review of the overall ISP progress Maintain regular contact with referring agencies to update the resident’s condition/progress Prepare monthly reports and discharge summaries with updated information Update diagnostic assessments according to the facility and agency policies Conduct individual/group/family therapy sessions in a safe, therapeutic environment Assist with discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition for the patient/resident
