Job Description

  • The Graduate Student Employee for Student Support Programs will play an integral role in advancing the mission of the Student Success Center. This position supports efforts to foster connection, engagement, and access to resources that empower all students to succeed. Student Support Programs serve three primary populations:
  • First-in-Line: Baylor’s first-generation college students
  • VETS: Military-connected students
  • Transfer Students Through this role, the graduate assistant will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive environment by assisting with programming, resource development, and student engagement initiatives.
