$18 - $21 / HOUR
Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include collecting data, writing progress notes, and implementing Behavior Support Plans across various settings.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience working with children. An RBT certification or Bachelor's degree is required, though on-site training for certification is provided.

· Understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures, standards, and consistently interpreting and accurately performing all assigned responsibilities.· Pairing and building rapport with clients, families, stakeholders and their Team members.· Attending all collaboration, case meetings, and team training meetings.· Recording detailed session notes, keeping accurate client data in real-time, and maintaining records well documented.· Observing confidentiality and safeguarding all patient-related information.· Demonstrating effective time-management skills through daily documentation and infrequent overtime for routine assignments.· Maintaining a clean and neat work environment.· Demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making.· Exemplary skills in self-management and communication.· Performing other duties as assigned.
· Must be 18 years or older · Must have High School Diploma or GED · Must pass background check (will include fingerprints) · Must have at least 1-year experience working with Children · Active Driver's License and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work · RBT or Bachelor's Degree (On-Site training provided for RBT certification) · Maintain BLS Certificate (On-Site training provided for BLS)
