We are seeking certified Preschool Teachers to join our team and guide children ages 3–5 in a structured, engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily preschool classroom activities in a safe, nurturing setting Implement lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum Support early literacy, math readiness, and problem-solving skills Encourage independence and positive peer interactions Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required Experience working in a daycare or preschool classroom preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
