- As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

- If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or GED Montessori Teacher Certification Required Bachelors or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred.
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center (1 year preferred).
- 90 clock hours or equivalent of approved early childhood coursework - MSDE certification Montessori credentials preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
