Youth Enrichment Specialist

As a Youth Enrichment Specialist, you aren’t just "providing care"— you’re building confidence, teaching life skills, and creating positive memories for youth who need a champion.

Our Community Presence We operate 6 dedicated residential houses across Mesa and Apache Junction. These homes serve as the "hub" for our youth—safe, supportive environments where healing and growth happen every day. You'll be a key part of the team keeping these houses vibrant and therapeutic.

Your Weekend Mission You’ll spend your weekends (Friday afternoon through Sunday) mentoring youth ages 1–17. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community and in residential settings, helping kids hit their goals through: Adventures: Leading community outings to parks, museums, and cultural events.
