For the 26-27 School Year, this paraprofessional position supports a morning 1st grade French Immersion classroom and elementary schoolwide lunch duties.

  • Support regulation strategies and maintain a calm, positive learning environment.

2. Intervention & Academic Support

  • Reinforce teacher-led instruction.
  • Increase student engagement and participation; provide checks for understanding.

  • Assist with preparing classroom materials and light organizational tasks as time allows.
  • Note: This work should be secondary to instructional responsibilities.
