The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a nurturing Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a structured, engaging environment where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily classroom routines across early childhood age groups Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers Support social-emotional development and classroom engagement Communicate regularly with families and team members Follow all New Jersey licensing requirements and center policies
Qualifications
High school diploma required Prior childcare experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
