Hourly Rate
$10.00 Description
- Supervise the children in assigned classroom; help supervise and prepare children for all activities.
- Help instruct the children in eating habits, use of restroom and personal hygiene.
- Ensure that each child receives physical and medical assistance when necessary.
- Help prepare children for and during dismissal.
- Participate in all applicable in-service trainings or meetings.
Requirements
- Applicant will possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate degree in social work and Head Start experience preferred.
- Detail and multi-task oriented.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to cope with stress.
- Time spent in strenuous physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs.
