Job Responsibilities

  • Help create a happy, safe, and engaging classroom every day.
  • Welcome children, families, and visitors with warmth and positivity.
  • Support fun, age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
  • Keep the classroom clean, organized, and display-ready.
  • Guide children with patience, kindness, and positive discipline.
  • Share updates with families about their child’s day and growth.
  • Complete daily paperwork and classroom tasks with care.
  • Join trainings, meetings, and school events with enthusiasm.
  • Bring a professional attitude, team spirit, and smile each day.
  • Spot opportunities to improve and work with the team to make it happen. , assist the lead teacher in the lesson planning and executing of the curriculum in the classroom making sure children learn in a loving, nurturing environment.
  • Requirement English speaking is a must.
  • Two years' experience as assistant teacher preferred.
  • Minimum 21 years of age Energetic, enthusiastic, loving and with passion to work with kids.
  • Effective communication skills verbal and written.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Ability and flexibility in working with various age groups.
  • CDA or Early Childhood certifications preferred.
  • Physical Demands The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching, lifting, and carrying; ability to lift 50 pounds.
