Job description

  • Children with autism and their families deserve consistent, high-quality support.
  • That's harder to deliver than it sounds, and most BCBAs know exactly why.
  • At Horizon Blue, we've tried to build a structure that makes it possible.
  • Caseloads of 8 to 10 families.
  • Hours between 15 and 25 per week, with billables that reflect the work you're doing and the growth of the families we serve.
  • Clinical decisions driven by what each child needs, not by pressures that push against good care.
  • Remote work requires more from a communicator, not less.
  • Parents who never meet you in person need to trust that someone is watching their child's progress closely, adjusting when things aren't working, and reaching out before they have to ask.
  • The BCBAs who do this well are proactive, direct, and treat parent relationships as a core part of the clinical work, not a task on the side.
  • We support our team through weekly collaboration, clinical mentorship, and involvement in RBT placements.
  • We're a growing team, and we're honest that the opportunity here scales with the work.
  • BCBAs who show up consistently for their families help build something that works for everyone, including themselves.
  • If that's the kind of work you're looking for, we'd like to hear from you. \n
