Starting Pay

  • $20.40/hr with scheduled raises based on performance! Additional rates for AA ($21.40/hr) and Bachelor’s degrees ($22.40/hr).
  • Sign-On
  • Bonus: $500 for new hires if referred by current KV staff (paid after 6 months of full-time employment).

Shift Openings

  • Second (1:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) and
  • Third (11:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.)
  • Additional shift differentials: $1/hr Mon-Thu and $2/hr
  • Fri-Sun for 4:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Valid Illinois Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Preferred: Experience working with youth and familiarity with mental health needs

Requirements

Physical Requirements: ability to sit, stand, walk, lift (5-20lbs), and climb stairs as required. May involve exposure to various noise levels and outdoor temperatures. Mental Requirements: General intelligence, effective verbal skills, and ability to perform basic arithmetic. Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet.
