Salary
$85 - $100 / HOUR
The BCBA will lead the development of individualized behavior intervention plans and conduct functional assessments for children. They are also responsible for supervising and mentoring RBTs and paraprofessionals while providing training to parents to ensure long-term success.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings is required.
