Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Onsite | Crownpoint, NM

Opportunity PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site speech therapy services within a federally supported school-based program in Crownpoint, New Mexico. This role supports a community-focused educational environment serving students with diverse needs. The position plays a key role in helping students develop communication skills essential for academic success and daily life.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech/language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and program guidelines

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred in school-based or pediatric settings) Active Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong understanding of IEPs and special education services Ability to work independently in a structured environment

Requirements

Ability to pass a background check and security clearance Must be able to work on-site (no remote option) Current immunizations and health clearance as required Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience Experience working in school-based settings Experience supporting underserved or rural communities Familiarity with multidisciplinary care teams
