- This role includes supervising students, supporting homework completion, and organizing activities while promoting the values and mission of Catholic education.Job Responsibilities Supervise students during aftercare hours, ensuring safety and well-being Assist students with homework and provide academic support as needed Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (games, crafts, reading, outdoor play) Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment Monitor student behavior and follow school discipline policies Communicate with parents/guardians during pickup and as needed Ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures are followed Maintain cleanliness and organization of aftercare spaces Support and model Catholic values in daily interactions Assist with snacks and ensure adherence to any allergy or safety guidelines Job Requirements Experience working with children (school, daycare, camp, or similar setting) Ability to supervise and engage groups of students effectively Dependable and able to work consistent afternoon hours The Archdiocese of St.
