About the Role
Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Paraprofessional/Behavior Technician to provide individualized 1:1 support for a student in a structured school setting in Queens. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to work closely with children while implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support skill development and positive behavior. Position Details
School Setting: All-boys school located in Queens Opportunities available for both school-day and after-school hours Additional paid driver opportunities available for candidates with a vehicle Schedule Options: Option 1 (Full Day): Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (paid until 4:30 PM) Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:15 PM (paid until 1:15 PM) Option to begin at 9:00 AM for additional hours Option 2 (Shorter Day): Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:15 PM After-School Availability Required: Services begin after 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support using ABA-based strategies Assist with classroom routines, engagement, and behavior support Implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record basic session data Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors and team members
Requirements
