Job Description
The Department of Language, Literature, and Arts is seeking a part-time faculty on the San Antonio campus. The successful candidate will teach lower-division undergraduate courses in Elementary and Intermediate Spanish (based on academic qualifications). Applicants will be contacted according to departmental needs. Teaching assignments may include day or night classes.
Salary
- $3,000 per 3-credit course. Required Education and Experience Master’s Degree in Spanish from a regionally accredited institution. 18 graduate hours in Spanish. Preferred Education and Experience College or University teaching experience. Experience with first-generation students. Spanish for Heritage Language. Familiarity with non-traditional commuter University setting. Experience in multicultural settings. Completed Ph.D. in Spanish.
