Responsibilities
● Lead chair yoga classes tailored for seniors and beginners ● Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants ● Modify exercises and poses to accommodate different mobility levels ● Promote flexibility, balance, and overall well-being ● Arrive prepared with structured and effective class plans
Requirements
● Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required ● Yoga Certification preferred ● Chair Yoga and Senior Fitness experience preferred ● At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Patient, reliable, and encouraging personality Preferred: ● Experience working with senior citizens or individuals with limited mobility ● CPR/AED certification Location: Municipal Center on Churchview Ave., Pittsburg, PA 15227 Days/Time: Open to Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday any time for 10a.m. to 4 pm.
