Responsibilities

Promote a healthy, safe, and welcoming school environment Supervise student arrival and dismissal Supervise students during recess and lunchtime Provide occasional classroom coverage as a substitute when needed Support planning and execution of school events Assist school leadership with daily operational tasks and administrative needs as they arise Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-oriented approach when interacting with parents/guardians Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the family, staff, and administrative system handbooks Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Qualities High school diploma or equivalent; minimum two-year Associate Degree Any combination of experience and training that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the role Ability to communicate fluently in English Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and reliability Classroom management skills required of a substitute teacher Proficiency with relevant technology and digital tools, including email, calendar systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and creating or updating school materials using design tools such as Canva

Preferred Skills/Qualities At least 2 years of administrative support experience At least 2 years of experience working in an academic institution

Compensation Compensation is based on relevant experience, academic degrees, and certifications. Children of staff members are eligible for tuition discounts.
