As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you will help create a safe, loving, and engaging space where our youngest learners can grow and thrive. You will work alongside the Lead Teacher to support daily routines, classroom activities, and responsive caregiving.

Responsibilities: include:

Supporting the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines Providing attentive care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Engaging with infants through play, language, and sensory experiences Communicating positively with team members and families Following licensing and health & safety guidelines

Qualifications

Experience working with infants or young children preferred Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with children throughout the day Dependable, patient, and nurturing personality Strong teamwork and communication skills High school diploma required (CDA or early childhood coursework a plus) This position is ideal for:
