About the Role

Responsibilities

Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants' developmental milestones. Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants to explore and grow. Monitor and document each child's progress and developmental needs. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning environment. Maintain compliance with all state regulations and health standards. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Must possess a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Previous experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is preferred. Strong understanding of child development principles and practices. Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Passion for nurturing and educating young children. Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
