What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, articulation, fluency, and language delays.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support child development and progress.
  • Provide therapy sessions in clinic settings, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
  • Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home.
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
