Bridgewater College - Bridgewater, VA 22812Bridgewater College, a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Swim Coach, to begin July 2026. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Head Men’s and Women’s Swim Coach.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting the Head Coach in all facets of a Division III Men's and Women' Swimming program Organizing and conducting on deck coaching Assisting in recruiting prospective student athletes who fit the mission of the culture, of the program and college Assisting the program with marketing and branding on a multitude of platforms, including social media Provide mentoring and support for the student athletes, particularly in regards to academic and player development Complying with all NCAA, conference and college policies and regulations Assist with any community service and fundraising initiatives QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree required Prior collegiate coaching experience, preferably on the collegiate level. Basic competency in Microsoft Office, with specific skills in Excel preferred Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the college’s auto insurance carrier Pay is competitive, and salary is commensurate with experience. This full-time position offers a full benefits package, including paid tuition at the College for eligible dependents.
