Job description

  • Develop and plan program and outreach, focusing on the mental health and emotional well-being of Chatham undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities, including scheduling events, reserving tables and rooms for outreach activities, and ordering supplies.
  • Ensure practicum trainee participation in outreach programming to gain clinical training.
  • Coordinate with Executive Director for Counseling and Wellness on upcoming events and for ongoing supervision.
  • Execute one to two events per month, in collaboration with Student Engagement and Chatham University Counseling Center.
  • All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time.
  • Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year.
  • Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
  • Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
