- Instruction: Plan and teach daily English language development lessons aligned to language proficiency standards and student needs. Use a variety of instructional strategies to support reading, writing, speaking, and listening development. Provide language scaffolds and supports that enable multilingual learners to access rigorous grade-level content.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the school's mission. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Education, TESOL, ESL, or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred. Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification (or eligibility for certification); ESL Program Specialist certification preferred or required based on state guidelines. At least one year of experience working with multilingual learners preferred. Strong knowledge of language acquisition strategies, culturally responsive instruction, and differentiated teaching practices. Demonstrated success in supporting student academic growth and language development.
