ROLE
The Operations Associate (OA) serves as the first point of contact for the center and is primarily responsible for supporting the clinical team with administrative, scheduling, and daily operational duties. Key responsibilities include managing the daily schedule to balance staff and client needs, maintaining center inventory and supporting budget requirements, and handling essential communication with team members, caregivers, and vendors. The OA also plays a crucial role in maintaining center facilities and safety, performing opening and closing duties, coordinating emergency preparedness, and supporting crisis management.
What you’ll do
The Operations Associate will support the clinical team in scheduling, administrative, and daily operational duties at the center, inclusive of the below. The OA is the first point of contact for center visitors. The Operations Associate will also serve as an RBT if/when the operations support is no longer needed.
CENTER OPERATIONS & SCHEDULING Manage and maintain center inventory Monitor and support Center Director to remain in center budget requirements Manage and maintain iPad and computer inventory and assignments Create, maintain, and manage daily schedules Adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws as well as Company policies concerning meal and rest breaks Monitor session note verification completion through review of the Session Note Foster a welcoming and professional environment through effective interactions with caregivers, team members, providers, vendors and more. Requirements
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree RBT Certification active and in good standing Experience working with children (experience with behavioral or developmental needs preferred) Experience with scheduling preferred Prior experience in the field of ABA preferred but not required Prior customer or client service experience preferred CPR/First Aid Certification (adult & child) — must be completed within 30 days of hire Reliable transportation to on-site location Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, assist with client needs, and maintain safety awareness Comfortable supporting personal care needs (e.g., toileting, diaper changes) Comfortable with challenging behaviors (e.g., tantrums, elopement) Consistent availability (up to 40 hours/week) during center hours
