We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team serving families across Long Island, NY.

Position overview
As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help implement individualized treatment plans that promote skill development and positive behavior change. Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency
- Accurately collect and record session data, progress notes, and clinical documentation (within 24 hours) using the Rethink platform
- Monitor and track client progress through data collection systems
- Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
- Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision sessions

Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
