Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hours: After 3pm (Part time after school hours)

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become an integral part of our mission-driven clinical team. Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
  • Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
  • Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process
  • Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
