Job description

  • The Registered Behavior Therapist will work closely with the Clinical Director, BCBA and other licensed clinicians to ensure interventions and training sessions are based on assessment results and other evidence-based research.
  • This position will maintain an active specialized training and supported employment caseload, facilitate assessments, develop result summaries and strategies.
  • Responsibilities involve frequent contact with individuals, including individuals with private insurance providers, family members, and service providers.
  • Will provide parent and caregiver training on ways to assist individuals and how to decrease skills that restrict the individual's full participation in their nature community.
  • This individual will have some knowledge of basic private insurance billing and documentation requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, plus valid Texas certification as a Registered Behavior Technician with at least one year work experience as a RBT. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have a valid Texas driver's license, acceptable driving record and personal automobile liability insurance as required by Texas.

Work Hours

Mon-Friday (8-5pm), with some flex shifts, when needed.

Salary

$20.50/hourly
