  • Level: Graduate DegreeThe Occupational Therapist conducts occupational therapy evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, delivers direct therapy services, and supervises OTAs. The OT applies occupation-based, evidence[1]based interventions to support clients in achieving functional participation in daily life activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations assessing sensory processing, fine and gross motor development, activities of daily living, visual-motor integration, and functional participation Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, occupation-based goals in collaboration with the client, family, and interdisciplinary team Provide direct therapy services in accordance with the treatment plan, authorized hours, and SoonerCare or insurance coverage Supervise OTAs per Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision requirements and AOTA standards Complete all clinical documentation in the Rethink EMR — evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries — within required timelines Ensure documentation is objective, measurable, and consistent with services billed Collaborate with BCBA and SLP team members, school personnel, and families as part of the interdisciplinary team Participate in IEP meetings and school-based service delivery as applicable Coordinate authorization renewals for assigned caseload with the Authorization Coordinator Maintain Oklahoma OT licensure and NBCOT certification through required continuing education Comply with the AOTA Code of Ethics at all times Qualifications Master's degree or doctoral degree in occupational therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program Current, active Oklahoma OT license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision Current NBCOT certification Experience with pediatric populations including sensory processing disorders, autism, and developmental delays preferred No active disciplinary sanctions on Oklahoma license or NBCOT certification Clearance of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screens Oklahoma Credential Requirement Must hold a current, active OT license from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and current NBCOT certification. Credential status is verified at hire and monthly thereafter
